1. Account Registration

Creating an account on Cubanin is entirely free. Users can create personal or business accounts to share content, sell products/services, and interact with other community members.

2. Fees and Payments

Cubanin charges a small transparent transaction fee for each completed sale made within the platform. Fees are deducted automatically during transactions processed by our payment partner, Stripe.

3. Content Guidelines

Cubanin strictly prohibits the publication of explicit nudity, sexually explicit content, violent material, threats, harassment, or discriminatory posts. Content violating these guidelines will be removed immediately, and accounts responsible may face suspension or permanent banning.

4. Financial Transactions

Transactions processed within Cubanin through Stripe are subject to Stripe’s terms and conditions. Withdrawal of funds to personal bank accounts is available wherever Stripe operates. Users in regions without Stripe can use earnings internally on the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cubanin facilitates interactions and transactions between users but is not liable for disputes or transactions between users.
